Dominik Brunner FRICS

Dominik Brunner does combine real estate and IT / digitalization expertise. The projects he has led include the development of a new key performance indicator system and its Europe-wide application for a retail asset manager, the conception and implementation of an asset management platform in Scandinavia for an international investment house, and the establishment of costing in property purchasing for a fund manager in Germany. Furthermore, the wealth of experience is extended by the establishment, management and restructuring of service departments of international hi-tech groups (including e.g. Yardi and Altus/Argus). But his service portfolio also includes unconventional real estate services on the subject of transaction and asset management.


In addition to degrees in mathematics and economics and further education at IREBS and Oxford Saïd Business School, Dominik Brunner is also a Real Estate Investment Advisor.


Dominik Brunner is a member of the RICS Germany executive board and part of the european working group "data handling". At gif e.V. he leads the competence team on real estate IT. He is also a guest lecturer (THM: "Value Creation and IT", "Property Management and IT", ADI: "Real Estate Cash Flow Modeling").


   


Betina Taskova

Betina Taskova is responsible for our back office and project management office. As the good-hearted soul, she ensures smooth processes in the administration as well as in the projects. Before joining Arelio, her occupations were located in Amsterdam, Sofia – and of course Munich. Betina holds a master’s degree in „Digital Business and Innovation“. Her background and her mindset is a welcome input to contribute additional value to our projects. Another step in her developing skill set is being made by the successful completion of the certification exam PRINCE2 Foundation for project management.


   


Julia Lischke

Julia Lischke is responsible for our back office as well as for all the arrangements around the RICS regional group "Greater Munich" events. She also ensures smooth operation in the administration.

As an expert in integrated brand communication, she was in charge for the redesign of our website, and acts as the prime contact person on all marketing topics at ARELIO.

Julia is interested in architecture, design and digitalization and as such complements the team.
