Dominik Brunner FRICS


Dominik Brunner combines real estate and IT / digitalisation expertise.

The projects he has led include developing a new key performance indicator system and applying it across Europe for a retail asset manager, designing and implementing an asset management platform in Scandinavia for an international investment house, and introducing cost analysis in property acquisitions for a fund manager in Germany.

Furthermore, his experience also includes establishing, managing, and restructuring service departments at international technology companies (including Yardi and Altus/Argus). His service portfolio also includes specialized real estate services related to transaction and asset management.

In addition to holding degrees in mathematics and economics and having pursued further education at IREBS and Oxford Saïd Business School, Dominik Brunner is a certified Real Estate Investment Advisor.


Dominik Brunner is also a member of the RICS Germany executive board and of the European working group on "Data Handling." At gif e.V., he leads the expert team for Real Estate IT. He also serves as a guest lecturer, teaching courses such as 'Value Creation and IT' and 'Property Management and IT' at THM, as well as 'Real Estate Cash Flow Modeling' at ADI.


Betina Taskova


Betina Taskova oversees our back office and project management office (PMO). With her supportive nature, she ensures smooth processes both in administration and in IT projects.

Before joining Arelio, she worked in Amsterdam, Sofia, and Munich. Betina holds a master’s degree in Digital Business and Innovation.

Her background and mindset are a valuable asset, adding significant value to our projects. She has further expanded her skill set by successfully completing the PRINCE2 Foundation certification in project management.


Julia Lischke


 

Julia Lischke is responsible for our back office as well as for coordinating the RICS regional group 'Greater Munich' events. She also ensures smooth administrative operations. As an expert in integrated brand communication, she was in charge of redesigning our website and serves as the primary contact for all marketing matters at ARELIO.

Julia’s interests in architecture, design, and digitalization further enrich the team.
